This role involves leading talent acquisition efforts for the Dutch market in a fully remote capacity. The position requires a strategic partner who can influence hiring decisions and shape recruitment strategies within an international organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or agency
  • Strong sourcing capabilities to identify hard-to-find candidates
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across different regions

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing methods
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop data-driven insights for recruitment strategies
  • Champion internal mobility and lead talent acquisition initiatives across the region
  • Foster relationships with senior leaders to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience
