Job summary

This role involves leading the strategic direction and execution for a major financial institution, working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape the future agenda of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic leadership, corporate development, and change management.
• Background in strategy development and implementation, ideally from top-tier management consultancies or leading financial institutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven problem solving, financial modeling, and market analysis.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry across various segments.
• Effective leadership and collaboration skills, particularly at the CxO or division management level.
• Excellent executive communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for senior executives.
• Familiarity with technology trends and data in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans for the organization.
• Drive the strategy development process across Business Areas and Functions, ensuring alignment with overall strategic direction.
• Oversee large strategic initiatives, setting standards for program management and tracking progress.
• Establish KPIs for tracking the execution of strategic initiatives and measuring success.
• Provide strategic advisory to the Group Leadership Team, leveraging insights for high-quality decision-making.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership.
