Qualifications

• Experience in market and competitor intelligence, translating data into strategic insights.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities, building trusted relationships across various functions and levels of seniority.
• Strong project and change management skills, with experience in driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and verbal presentations.
• Relevant educational background in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Conduct strategic analyses that incorporate customer, competitor, regulatory, and market insights to inform the organization's strategic direction.
• Translate market and competitor intelligence into actionable insights for senior leadership discussions and business reviews.
• Support the business planning process by providing an external perspective and challenging existing assumptions.
• Assist senior leaders with preparation for key meetings and stakeholder interactions.
• Lead strategic workstreams and mentor junior colleagues as necessary.
