Senior Strategy Consultant (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Senior Strategy Consultant will play a key role in the Strategy Office, focusing on the development of group-level strategy and acting as a strategic partner to investment areas. This position is based at the headquarters in Copenhagen and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to refine strategies and manage cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-time experience from a top-tier management consultancy, corporate equivalent, or investment banking
• Relevant Master’s degree or PhD in Business, Finance, Economics, technical, or natural sciences with strong academic performance
• Experience in strategy development and asset allocation
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python or RStudio, and tools like Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and engage with senior stakeholders
• Team player with a strong drive and curiosity

Responsibilities

• Support the continuous refinement of the group-level strategy
• Contribute to asset allocation and portfolio construction efforts
• Drive Investment Area Strategy Updates for the Board of Directors
• Build and maintain a knowledge base on industry and investment trends
• Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives and projects
• Support analytical foundations for strategy and asset allocation work
