Job summary

The Senior Strategy Consultant will engage with client teams, lead strategic workstreams, and deliver actionable recommendations based on market analysis and client assessments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
• Over 3 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, preferably from a management consulting firm or corporate strategy team.
• Experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or digital transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic sessions with clients to guide decision-making on growth and brand strategy.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and actionable roadmaps.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Assess current client capabilities and identify operational gaps.
• Deliver strategic frameworks and solutions from research to implementation.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and support new business development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate strategy with technology and creative execution.
