Job summary

This role involves developing and implementing customer experience strategies for top-tier clients, focusing on areas such as loyalty, omni-channel CRM, and Agentic CX. The Senior Strategy Consultant will engage with client project teams, owning key workstreams and deliverables, while facilitating strategic sessions and guiding decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Relevant master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting, preferably from a management consulting firm or Big 4 environment.
  • Experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or digital transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate strategic work sessions with client stakeholders to guide business growth and brand strategy.
  • Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and actionable roadmaps.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Assess current client capabilities and identify operational gaps.
  • Deliver strategic frameworks and solutions, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Build strong relationships with client counterparts and support new business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate strategy with technology and creative execution.

Skills

  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in analytical tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage complex workstreams independently.

Education

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
