Job summary

The role involves contributing to the long-term vision of a Martech practice by standardizing methodologies and driving innovation. The advisor will work closely with clients to bridge technical depth and strategic clarity, ensuring that engagements yield measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years in digital advisory, management consulting, or senior in-house roles focused on data strategy and marketing technology.
  • Extensive knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, personalization platforms, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, and Klaviyo.
  • Proficiency in designing data architectures for omnichannel environments.
  • Experience with AI integration into business processes and martech workflows.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and business case development.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical roadmaps to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute data strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for C-suite stakeholders, translating complex data landscapes into clear commercial roadmaps.
  • Oversee delivery of complex technical projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with technology vendors to build strategic alliances.
  • Explore the convergence of martech with AI.
  • Design go-to-market strategies to position the organization as a premier digital transformation partner.
  • Contribute to thought leadership on Data & Martech through frameworks and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate across practices to create integrated solutions.
  • Mentor colleagues to build internal expertise.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a related field preferred, but extensive experience may substitute for formal education.
