Seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager with over 5 years of experience to join a dynamic Sourcing Team. The role involves driving complex sourcing projects, collaborating with various business units, and delivering cost savings while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Degree in Law, Business, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5+ years of commercial experience in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Proven track record in managing complex sourcing projects and negotiations
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in international roles or diverse cultural environments is advantageous
• Familiarity with payment transactions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and strategic procurement activities in line with procurement policies
• Promote and generate ideas for sourcing projects that enhance value and align with strategic goals
• Develop commercial models and conduct market research for informed decision-making
• Align negotiation strategies with key stakeholders on projects
• Draft contracts in collaboration with legal teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert in sourcing and support the development of colleagues' competencies
