Logistics Technician Intern (Internship, Denmark)

Job summary

This internship offers a chance to gain practical experience in logistics and data center operations while collaborating with global teams. Interns will engage in real-world projects and contribute to the efficiency of data center activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of Asset, Inventory, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Currently pursuing a qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Must be a Danish National or resident eligible to work in Denmark.
• Minimum age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks and escalate issues during busy periods.
• Analyze service implementation policy faults and suggest improvements.
• Implement improvements to service implementation policies for Data Center operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for warranty claims and manage failed hardware.
• Maintain accurate information in inventory management systems.
• Track and stage physical inventory accurately.
• Assist in reconciling and reporting inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper destruction of data-bearing devices per SLAs and policies.
• Adhere to security and data management protocols.

Skills

• Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights.
• Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in written and spoken English for regional and global collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education

• Currently studying in a relevant field such as Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Tools

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software is preferred.
