Senior Software Engineer

Job summary

The role involves developing modern digital products that help organizations understand their employees and improve workplace engagement. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work within a cross-functional product team to create scalable, user-friendly systems using technologies such as Java, React/TypeScript, GraphQL, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in computer science, software development, or related fields.
• Several years of experience as a full stack developer.
• Proficiency in Java, React/TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL, and familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Countly).
• Interest or experience in AI is a plus.
• Strong interest in frontend development to bridge design and development.
• Positive growth mindset and understanding of agile methodologies.
• Danish language proficiency (minimum CEFR B1, preferably B2 or higher).
• Strong English skills, both written and oral.
