Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (Remote)

Job summary

An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect is sought to lead end-to-end solution architecture for implementation and transformation projects. This role involves collaboration with customers and project teams to ensure alignment of business processes, integrations, data, security, and platform capabilities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Govern the complete SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture across customer engagements.
• Facilitate architecture workshops, design discussions, and advisory sessions with clients.
• Establish solution design principles, architecture standards, and governance processes.
• Manage architectural risks, dependencies, and key design decisions.
• Support testing, deployment, and go-live readiness from an architectural perspective.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and enhance the Solution Architecture practice.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Fluent in English.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications, particularly in Employee Central.
• Experience with global implementations and AI productivity tools.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Jira, or Confluence.
• Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
