Job summary

The role involves driving the growth of the aftermarket and parts business within the Industrial Refrigeration sector across the EMEA region. The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance sales efforts and identify new market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in aftermarket, channel management, or technical sales.
  • Solid background in Industrial Refrigeration, compressors, or a related technical field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to execute commercially.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth initiatives in the aftermarket and parts business across EMEA.
  • Execute sales strategies for both direct and indirect channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Develop sales initiatives and manage performance tracking through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Regional Leadership.
  • Standardize processes and best practices globally.

Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a data-driven environment.
  • Experience in pipeline management and sales performance tracking.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with sales management software and data analysis tools.
