Qualifications

  • Relevant master’s degree in nutrition, biomedicine, molecular biology, or a commercial discipline
  • Strong nutritional knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in infant or medical nutrition, food, or pharma

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales development managers
  • Set targets and drive performance and priorities
  • Execute the global sales development strategy across EMEA, APAC, and Americas
  • Drive sales initiatives and enhance collaboration with regional teams
  • Conduct market and customer analysis to inform decisions
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D, application, regulatory, nutrition science, and quality teams
  • Sponsor and drive sales development projects and pipeline conversion
