Senior Risk Manager & Scheduler (Offshore Wind)

Job summary

This role involves leading risk management and scheduling activities for offshore wind projects, contributing to the green energy transition and net-zero goals. The position is part of a global Wind organization focused on project control services across various phases of project development.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in offshore wind or major energy infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience in project controls, PMO, and risk management.
• Proficient in scheduling using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Monte Carlo quantitative schedule and cost risk analyses.
• Strong commercial understanding and experience in client presentations.
• Collaborative working style with analytical mindset and clear client focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules.
• Define project controls frameworks, governance structures, and reporting standards.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain project risk registers.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including integrated schedule and cost risk analysis.
• Develop mitigation plans and monitor risk reduction actions.
• Support project governance, FID preparation, and executive reporting.
• Provide project controls advice across various project phases.
• Mentor junior consultants and support capability development.
• Assist in business development and strategic client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement of methodologies and digital tools.
