Senior RF Engineer (Medical Technology, Hybrid)

Job summary

The role involves designing and optimizing RF connectivity solutions for compact medical devices, specifically focusing on Bluetooth Low Energy technology. The position requires collaboration within cross-functional teams throughout the entire development cycle, from initial concept to mass production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering
• Proven experience with RF systems, particularly Bluetooth or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of RF/microwave design principles
• Familiarity with simulation tools for circuits and electromagnetic (EM) analysis
• Practical lab skills, including the use of network and spectrum analyzers
• Experience in documentation and adherence to quality processes

Responsibilities

• Integrate RF circuitry, antennas, and integrated circuits into compact printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Design and enhance RF performance metrics such as transmission/reception quality and matching
• Validate designs through simulations, laboratory testing, and measurements
• Ensure compliance with performance standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist in prototype development, production readiness, and cost optimization initiatives
• Document design processes and testing outcomes, contributing to best practices and knowledge sharing

Education
