About the role

Job summary

The Senior Reward Manager will oversee global Reward processes and serve as a key partner for the EMEA region, reporting to the Global Head of Reward. This role involves advising HR and business leaders on Reward topics, ensuring compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and optimizing competitive short-term and long-term incentive plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and total rewards within a large international organization, focusing on EMEA markets.
  • Proven experience managing Reward cycles end to end, including merit, STI, or LTI.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in base pay structures, pay governance, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with job architecture and job evaluation; Mercer IPE experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of pay transparency regulations in an international context; Workday experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Advise HR colleagues and business leaders on various Reward topics.
  • Implement the EU Pay Transparency Directive by developing pay structures and necessary documentation.
  • Design and manage competitive short-term and long-term incentives to attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct job evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology.
  • Collaborate with HR globally to maintain aligned leveling and pay structures.
  • Design Reward processes and governance for the global Workday rollout.
  • Contribute to the development of the Reward Centre of Excellence and ensure compliance with public company standards.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative reward strategies.
