Job summary

The role involves leading the Mould Assembly & Qualification department to validate new platforms, technologies, and materials, ensuring their successful integration into global processes for qualifying moulds. The focus is on enhancing performance and efficiency through effective change management and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, project management, and team leadership.
• Strong background in moulding processes and qualification of moulds is preferred.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is required.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing Lean Six Sigma capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate change management to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder agreement.
• Identify inefficiencies and optimize processes using DMAIC methodology and Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Analyze problems and develop innovative solutions to enhance performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing Lean Six Sigma projects and implementing new processes.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex data and inform decision-making.

Education
