Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Salesforce)

Job summary

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in Salesforce to ensure the quality of strategic projects within the Salesforce platform. This role involves collaboration with various teams to maintain high standards in testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA, with a proven track record in maintaining and scaling testing automation suites.
• Salesforce Certified Associate or Administrator; Provar certifications or Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I are highly valued.
• Extensive experience with Automation Testing tooling, Salesforce Lightning Experience, and validating Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of testing Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and complex data flows.
• Proficiency in tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and ALM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the end-to-end QA process, aligning testing strategies with business functions.
• Design, develop, and maintain a robust automation framework focused on Provar and other tools.
• Lead QA delivery for complex project features, from test planning to deployment sign-off.
• Execute thorough end-to-end testing across the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations.
• Participate in review cycles to ensure tests align with quality benchmarks.
• Implement QA best practices, focusing on maintainable automation code and performance testing.
• Support incident management through technical troubleshooting and bug reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into test cases.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and integrate Provar automation into deployment pipelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive QA documentation.
• Provide mentorship and technical coaching to junior team members.
