Senior Project Specialist (Finance)

Job summary

This role focuses on leading strategic initiatives and digital development within Group Corporate Finance, supporting critical activities across various finance sub-functions. The position requires a senior profile capable of navigating complexity and ensuring execution among diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in standardizing and improving finance processes through consolidation and digitization.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or management consultant within finance; Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance processes, structures, and reporting.
• Experience with digital transformation and system implementation.
• Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives within Group Corporate Finance.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from conception to implementation, focusing on People, Process, Technology, and data insights.
• Support leadership with high-priority, time-sensitive initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement new policies and procedures.
• Engage and challenge senior stakeholders across various functions to align business, IT, finance, and compliance perspectives.
• Establish governance structures, milestones, and follow-up routines to ensure transparency and track progress.
