Job summary

This role involves leading manufacturing system development within complex innovation projects, ensuring that manufacturing solutions are prepared for high-quality product launches. The position requires collaboration across various disciplines to support product performance and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in technical or manufacturing-related project management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (manufacturing, production, mechanical, process, or similar)
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional development projects
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production equipment, and industrialization
• Experience with Agile planning tools and methods
• Exposure to regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, etc.) is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset that fosters trust and engagement

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for manufacturing system development, ensuring clarity and progress
• Focus on Design for Manufacturing, robustness, scalability, cost, and Built In Quality
• Collaborate across manufacturing, quality, and operations to facilitate informed decision-making
• Drive manufacturing investments and support financial decision processes
• Translate product and manufacturing concepts into cost perspectives
• Communicate progress, risks, and financial status to governance forums
