Job summary

As a Senior Project Manager in Electronic Process Engineering, you will connect design elements with manufacturable processes, ensuring product safety and quality standards. You will work with global manufacturing partners to design, source, plan, and deliver electronic components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electronic manufacturing services (EMS).
• Experience with novelty electronic products, preferably in consumer, medical devices, automotive, or audio sectors.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage risks and oversee projects from concept to production.
• Proficient in English for effective communication across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Understand design elements to determine efficient manufacturing processes.
• Balance process engineering and project management to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to develop equipment specifications.
• Lead equipment platform development projects, shaping project scope based on customer needs.
• Partner with specialists and suppliers to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions.
• Conduct after-action reviews to integrate best practices and apply agile principles.

Skills

• Strong negotiation, communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of process engineering tools such as DFx, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, time studies, and bottleneck analysis.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field.
