Senior Project Manager (Customer Operations, Finland, Poland, Scandinavia)

Job summary

The role involves leading complex software implementation projects within the Customer Operations team, focusing on optimizing retail and supply chain processes. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to work independently while managing relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading software implementation projects, preferably in large IT environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior customer stakeholders.
• Proficient in risk analysis and management, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Business-level English; fluency in a Scandinavian language, Finnish or Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the project plan, scope, and change requests, reporting on profitability to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer teams and senior stakeholders, facilitating communication through meetings.
• Conduct project meetings and workshops, ensuring documentation of actions and follow-through.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, implementing mitigating actions and escalating issues as needed.
• Hold internal and external project teams accountable, resolving conflicts and issues.
• Travel up to 10–20% to meet with customers and teams in other locations.

Education

• A relevant degree or 3+ years of experience in the retail, CPG, or FMCG industry is preferred.
