• Extensive background in project management, operations, planning, procurement, or supply chain.
• Educational qualifications in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities at all organizational levels.
• Capacity to thrive in ambiguous environments and lead teams during uncertainty.
• Resilient mindset with skills in removing roadblocks and finding alternative solutions.
• Understanding of supply chain management and related disciplines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead novelty projects from idea to launch, working closely with Franchise Leadership Teams.
• Serve as a trusted partner to Creative Leads, Business & Marketing Leads, and other stakeholders.
• Provide adaptable leadership and guidance for project teams.
• Manage strategy deployment, feasibility assessments, resource planning, and budget oversight.
• Oversee risk management efforts and quality management activities.
• Optimize processes and cross-functional collaboration for improved project effectiveness.
• Foster engagement and motivation within project teams.

Education

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Tools

• Project management tools and methodologies relevant to managing complex projects.
