Job summary

The role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technology enablement programmes within an innovation-focused lab, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of single and multi-year technology programmes, ensuring timely execution within scope and quality standards.
• Develop structured delivery plans with clear roadmaps, milestones, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate technology adoption through change management, training, and communication initiatives.
• Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing dependencies and decision-making processes.
• Maintain programme governance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to technology and compliance.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring quality and cost control.
• Define and report on programme success metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members in programme management practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in programme or project management, particularly in technology enablement and digital transformation.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies, with experience in technology adoption programmes preferred.
• Proven change management skills, including capability building and communication initiatives.
• Strong vendor management experience with accountability for budget control.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies; relevant project management certification is required.
• Resilience and composure in managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

• Experience with AI and machine learning platforms is a plus.
