Senior Product Operations Manager (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves establishing and developing the Product Operations function within a growing organization. The focus is on enhancing collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design teams, leveraging customer insights and data to inform product decisions, and implementing AI and automation to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related field.
• Background in a mature product organization, capable of adapting practices to fit the company’s needs.
• Proficient in handling customer, product, and business data, including data flow between systems.
• Experience with AI, agents, or automation in product development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence decisions across diverse teams without formal authority.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to work independently in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Foster clarity and alignment among Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Integrate customer feedback, product usage, and business data to identify key issues and validate ideas.
• Enhance prioritization, roadmap planning, and coordination of work across teams.
• Manage tools and practices that facilitate product discovery and delivery.
• Link product initiatives to business outcomes, including CAPEX/OPEX reporting.
• Explore practical applications of AI and automation to reduce operational tasks and improve product workflows.
