Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of customer journeys and storytelling across various marketing channels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams including marketing, product, and creative.
  • Proficient in balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead product marketing initiatives for the Nordic market, aligning closely with local product teams.
  • Drive large-scale marketing campaigns for product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Adapt global marketing strategies to fit local customer needs while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with global objectives.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Education
