Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading the product strategy for Data & Agentic Products, focusing on developing autonomous AI agents that enhance financial workflows for customers. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with engineering and design teams to create systems that utilize multi-modal data for improved decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of agent frameworks and advanced prompting techniques.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and their impact on AI behavior.
• Experience in FinTech or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for transitioning to agentic autonomy.
• Architect data indexing and delivery to enhance agent reasoning.
• Manage the lifecycle of agent development from intent recognition to execution.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and ensure financial accuracy through guardrails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a compliant agent ecosystem.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in evaluating LLM latency and agent accuracy.
• Ability to work across teams and build relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on customer needs.

Education

• Relevant degree in a technical or business field is preferred.
