Senior Product Manager (Manufacturing, Billund or Kladno)

Job summary

Lead the transformation of manufacturing platforms as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on enhancing safety, quality, and productivity. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a subject matter expert in product strategy.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams through the entire product life cycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive team progress.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate problems and solutions across teams.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including SCRUM.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of IT systems relevant to the role.
• Willingness to travel internationally (20-30 days per year).

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy aligned with business goals and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Drive product development from inception to production, ensuring alignment with team strategy.
• Translate user needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a product backlog and optimize product outcomes continuously.
• Track and share product-specific KPIs/OKRs with stakeholders.
