Senior Product Manager (Logistics, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading the development and execution of a global customer self-service portal for air and ocean freight, focusing on digital transformation and measurable business impact. The position requires collaboration across various teams and ownership of the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or technology leadership within logistics or supply chain.
• Proven experience managing a customer-facing self-service portal or digital platform in a B2B context.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, business objectives, product definition, and continuous improvement of the customer self-service portal.
• Translate business objectives and customer insights into a prioritized product backlog.
• Define OKRs and KPIs, reporting on portal performance and benchmarking against competitors.
• Drive improvements in portal adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure seamless integration with operational platforms and define the API strategy in collaboration with IT.

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Understanding of air and ocean freight operations, including shipment workflows and documentation.
• Strong commercial acumen for building business cases and managing budgets.
• Experience with microservices or API-first product programs.

Education
