Job summary

The role involves leading the evolution of the EcoStruxure IT Advisor platform, transitioning it into a modeling and decision-making tool for AI-driven data centers. This includes managing the vision and roadmap, integrating with modern platforms, and conducting customer discovery to inform product strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in software product management, with experience in technical or platform products.
• Knowledge of data center and critical infrastructure, ideally in DCIM or related fields.
• Understanding of power and cooling systems, particularly liquid cooling and high-density compute.
• Experience with platform products and integration, including APIs and data models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for EcoStruxure IT Advisor, overseeing strategy, prioritization, and delivery.
• Lead product evolution into AI-server space, focusing on high-density compute and liquid cooling.
• Define integration strategies with digital twin and simulation platforms.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery and translate insights into a product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and architecture teams to balance immediate and long-term needs.
• Drive go-to-market strategies with product marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor competitive landscape and define key metrics for success.

Skills

Education

• Preferred background in electrical or mechanical engineering or data center operations.
