Senior Principal Product Manager (Power Products, Nordic Baltic)

Job summary

This senior leadership position focuses on leading the Offer Management function for Power Products across the Nordic Baltic region. The role involves translating global strategies into local execution, driving performance across the 4Ps: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion, while enhancing the commercial impact of the business area.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in offer management, product marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams of experienced professionals.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution or related technical industries.
• Experience in complex matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Danish or another Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution across the 4Ps, ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Lead and coach a team of Offer Managers to enhance business impact and support.
• Manage the Power Products portfolio throughout its lifecycle, including marketing plans and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with channel leaders and stakeholders to implement offer strategies effectively.
• Analyze profitability, market trends, and portfolio performance to inform business decisions.
• Facilitate transformation and change within local teams to improve operational effectiveness.
