This role focuses on shaping and enhancing a portfolio of advanced robotic solutions for intralogistics, aiming to maximize value creation and commercial success throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree in business, engineering, or logistics.
• Minimum of eight years of professional experience in product management, product strategy, or business development within a technical environment.
• Strong business acumen combined with technical insight into robotic solutions.
• Proficient in English communication at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the market voice to ensure product relevance and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct market analyses and competitor benchmarking; maintain product roadmaps for existing and new robotic solutions.
• Develop business cases focusing on target costs, ROI, and lifecycle profitability.
• Define value propositions and align go-to-market strategies with Sales and Marketing.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure coherent pricing and positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with R&D to translate market requirements into technical specifications.
• Prioritize development initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
• Support innovation and eco-design initiatives, and contribute to the development of innovation roadmaps.
