Job summary

The role involves acting as a trusted P&O Business Partner for the Global Contract Logistics division, supporting leaders worldwide to drive growth, transformation, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on people-related matters to align business needs with P&O practices.
  • Drive and execute the people strategy for sustainable business growth.
  • Lead global harmonization of people practices and support transformation initiatives.
  • Manage annual people processes in collaboration with leaders, focusing on talent development and performance culture.
  • Partner with Centres of Excellence to implement P&O products and services.
  • Determine hiring needs and support recruitment processes, including onboarding.
  • Facilitate the Priority Setting and Performance Review process.
  • Coach leaders on performance management and talent development.
  • Identify critical positions and manage Talent Reviews.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to address upskilling needs.
  • Implement global compensation and reward structures.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and emerging trends.
  • Proven track record in driving large-scale HR initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High level of ownership and proactivity.

Education

  • Relevant Master’s degree (e.g., in economics or psychology).

Skills

  • Strategic insight with a hands-on mindset.
  • Ability to translate strategy into operational execution.

Tools

  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems relevant to global organizations.
