Senior Platform Product Owner

Job summary

This is a full-time, office-based role focused on transforming procurement processes within a large portfolio. The Senior Platform Product Owner will lead product management efforts, driving the discovery of problems, sizing opportunities, and designing solutions that enhance platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management with a focus on problem-solving and outcome orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to size business impacts and deliver adopted solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across various teams.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and KPI definition.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify and articulate problems.
• Quantify business impacts to prioritize engineering efforts effectively.
• Lead end-to-end solution design, including user journeys and workflow redesign.
• Manage the product roadmap, balancing new developments with technical debt.
• Define and track KPIs related to product adoption and user satisfaction.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog with clear requirements.
• Collaborate with change management to drive platform adoption and iterate based on usage data.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate technical trade-offs.

Skills

• Experience in procurement functions is beneficial but not essential.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or platform ecosystems is a plus.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is advantageous.
