• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment while managing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project schedules that include all project scope, milestones, and timelines using critical path methodology.
• Define clear responsibilities and ownership for project outcomes through Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
• Ensure project schedules align with execution plans, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Establish methods for baselining schedules and manage periodic updates.
• Oversee the integrated project schedule, allowing for reviews at various levels of detail.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies among key partners to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress and review external schedules for adherence to best practices.
