Senior Performance Manager (On-site)

Job summary

The role involves transforming complex R&D data into actionable insights for leadership within the R&D Chronic Care organization. The Senior Performance Manager will establish a performance management system that enhances decision-making and optimizes the innovation portfolio's value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, portfolio management, business analytics, or finance reporting.
• Master’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Life Science, Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong technical experience in building Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a performance management framework and KPI matrix for tracking value creation.
• Design and build Power BI data models, dashboards, and reporting logic.
• Create a single source of truth for performance metrics across the organization.
• Provide insights and analytical support to improve business performance and decision-making.
• Develop and run value realization tracking for initiatives.
• Support portfolio scenario design with data-driven analysis.

Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Experience in R&D, medical devices, pharma, or regulated industries is advantageous.

Education

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
