Senior People Partner

Job summary

In this strategic role, you will drive the people agenda for the Product Experience team, partnering with and coaching senior leaders to build high-performing teams and lead transformation initiatives. Your expertise will impact students globally through effective people strategies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR roles, particularly as a Business Partner in an international organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate across matrix organizations and contribute to holistic people and culture strategies.
• Experience in coaching and providing feedback to senior leaders.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to drive business performance initiatives.
• Experience in agile and project-based environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of the global people agenda in designated business units.
• Act as a coach and sparring partner for the leadership team and people leaders.
• Drive initiatives related to capability building, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Design and facilitate workshops and learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal People, Places & Culture teams to enhance global people initiatives.
• Ensure effective deployment of annual people processes and drive ongoing evaluation to improve employee motivation and satisfaction.
• Maintain governance and hygiene factors within supported areas, including organizational design and data accuracy.

Skills

• Strong business acumen and partnering expertise.
• Ability to operate independently and identify business needs.
• Knowledge of recruitment, reward, and employee relations to engage meaningfully with these functions.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with HR analytics and performance management tools.
