Senior People Business Partner (Remote)

• Proven track record in driving talent strategies, including performance management and succession planning.
• Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of business operations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in remote work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders on organizational design, headcount decisions, and talent strategies.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with care and commercial awareness.
• Lead the execution of talent strategies, including performance calibration and internal mobility.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex People Partner issues and liaise with legal as necessary.
• Utilize people data to identify trends and inform strategic interventions.
• Embrace AI tools to enhance talent infrastructure and processes.
• Contribute to the design and application of People Programs within client groups.
• Drive high-value cross-functional projects that enhance the employee experience.
• Mentor and coach fellow People team members.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and people data analytics is beneficial.
