• Proven track record in executing talent strategies, including performance management and succession planning.
• Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of business dynamics.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience in remote work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, guiding org design and talent strategy.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with care and commercial insight.
• Lead the execution of talent strategies, including performance calibration and internal mobility.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex people issues and collaborate with legal teams.
• Utilize people data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Embrace AI tools to enhance talent infrastructure and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with People Programs to design frameworks and drive their implementation.
• Lead cross-functional projects that enhance the employee experience.
• Mentor and coach fellow People team members.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and people analytics platforms.
