Job summary

Lead the People Data & Analytics (PD&A) vertical for a major integrated logistics company, influencing senior leaders and transforming people data into actionable business outcomes. Build and manage a high-performing team while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across various functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in analytics, consulting, strategy, HR, workforce planning, or a related field.
  • Strong capabilities in people leadership and talent development.
  • Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, data-informed recommendations.
  • Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes across complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the PD&A vertical supporting Commercial, Regions, and Corporate Functions.
  • Turn business priorities into actionable workforce insights and analytics strategies.
  • Advise senior leaders on data insights and solutions related to workforce planning, talent, performance, rewards, organization effectiveness, and transformation.
  • Drive adoption of data, insights, governance, and self-service products.
  • Manage prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged team.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in performance management and Business Intelligence domains such as Sales & Commercial, Customers, Operations, Finance; or in workforce domains like Workforce Planning, Talent & Succession, Performance, Rewards, Organization Design, or Employee Experience.
  • Experience leading analytics transformations or AI-enabled decision support initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Workday, Power BI, people analytics platforms, or enterprise data environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of data modeling, reporting, KPI governance, or data quality management.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Workday and Power BI.
