Job summary

This role focuses on shaping the future of People Analytics by transforming workforce data into actionable business insights. The position requires collaboration with HR and business leaders to enhance decision-making processes through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role, with a strong grasp of HR processes and workforce metrics.
  • Experience with enterprise HR systems, preferably SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors, and analytics tools like Visier, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into insights and recommendations, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive analytics is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Interest in AI-enabled analytics and responsible application of emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of People Analytics and Workforce Intelligence initiatives.
  • Convert business and HR challenges into actionable insights, KPIs, and analytics solutions.
  • Oversee the enhancement of people data products and the introduction of self-service and AI-driven analytics capabilities.
  • Conduct analyses throughout the employee lifecycle, covering areas such as workforce planning, recruiting, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to promote data-driven decision-making and support senior leadership with workforce insights.
  • Ensure data quality and reporting governance, acting as a trusted advisor on People Analytics.
