Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust and effective collaboration.
  • Ability to understand technological concepts and translate them into value propositions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic marketing tools.
  • Experience in partner enablement and resource development for successful pitches.
  • Adaptability to the evolving workflows of a SaaS scale-up.
  • Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking.
  • Fluency in English, with a focus on US partners.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the US market by adapting product pitches to local dynamics and being the voice for US partner needs.
  • Manage the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to performance check-ins.
  • Ensure partner success through regular communication and support.
  • Coordinate partner enablement and co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Serve as a product expert through demos, training, and joint partner events.
