Senior OT Control Systems Manager (Manufacturing, Billund)

Job summary

This role involves overseeing the implementation and management of IIoT/SCADA systems across global manufacturing sites, ensuring effective integration and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and various OT protocols.
• Proven experience in automated manufacturing processes and OT systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional collaborations.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IIoT/SCADA architectures for new manufacturing facilities.
• Utilize Unified Namespace (UNS) for data integration.
• Deploy and manage IIoT systems, including Ignition.
• Oversee the use of MQTT, OPC-UA, CIP, and other OT protocols.
• Digitally map automated process flows in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with digital product teams and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
• Draft and negotiate technical specifications, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISA95 and IEC62443.
