Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in onboarding or HR professional services.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding best practices and the global employment landscape.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in designing customer workflows and managing project implementations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and ticketing tools like Zendesk is advantageous.
  • Full fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for client teams regarding onboarding topics, ensuring compliance with global practices.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for enterprise clients, providing tailored support and guidance.
  • Evaluate onboarding experiences to enhance service quality and communication.
  • Respond to onboarding inquiries from clients and employees, collaborating with the Customer Care team as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for onboarding operations.
  • Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding experience.

Education

  • Relevant experience in HR or customer service roles is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with SaaS platforms and familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk.
