Job summary

An experienced Senior Marketing Manager is sought to lead the marketing strategy for a prominent brand in the Danish iGaming sector. This role involves full ownership of local acquisition strategies, marketing budgets, and contributions to retention and player lifecycle initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, CRM, and retention mechanics, along with experience in multinational environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Danish market and local regulations.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy in alignment with the Country Director and Group Strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the local approach for the Danish market.
  • Identify and manage partnerships for media, content, and sponsorship.
  • Oversee the execution of the local brand strategy and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage commercial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for the brand.
  • Provide data insights to support brand growth and monitor marketing KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the CRM team on campaign strategy for customer lifecycle management.
  • Conduct market research and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in campaign management and optimization techniques.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
