Job summary

An experienced Senior Marketing Manager is sought to lead various field marketing initiatives across Europe, focusing on the DACH region. This role involves executing strategic marketing projects that enhance demand generation, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B field and event marketing, ideally within technology or enterprise SaaS sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing both in-person and digital events as part of a cohesive marketing strategy.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel and pipeline management.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated event marketing programs, including trade shows and executive briefings.
  • Manage the event calendar, including vendor negotiations, site selection, and on-site production.
  • Create custom events to engage customers and prospects, driving lead generation.
  • Collaborate with various teams to produce high-impact marketing content tailored to target sectors.
  • Track and analyze event performance to optimize future marketing strategies.

Education
