Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering CRM campaigns in retail, membership, or customer engagement sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, audience targeting, and customer journey orchestration across multiple channels.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, able to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Analytical skills for measuring campaign performance and optimizing results based on insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in balancing commercial performance with brand engagement.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete delivery of marketing campaigns for Insiders members, from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Serve as the main link between retail and CRM operations, ensuring alignment of commercial priorities with CRM strategies.
  • Manage inputs for CRM campaigns across various teams to facilitate seamless customer communications.
  • Lead the annual Holiday Catalogue project, including strategy, production, and performance reporting.
  • Drive engagement and membership growth through data-driven campaigns focused on sales and retention.
  • Foster strong relationships with global stakeholders across multiple teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field preferred.
