Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (Private Banking, Nordic Capitals)

Job summary

We are seeking a data-driven Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join a Digital Sales & Engagement team focused on private banking. This role involves planning, designing, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement through digital channels.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, mathematics, technology, statistics, marketing, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in omni-channel campaign building using marketing automation tools like Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign.
• Proficient in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavior.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, and predictive models.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics, CJA, and/or GA.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in a Nordic language depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize personalized customer journeys and communications across digital channels.
• Develop next-generation customer experiences using data-driven personalization and AI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable activities.
• Analyze campaign impacts and identify new opportunities to enhance customer engagement and commercial results.
• Share insights and best practices with colleagues across the Nordics.
