Senior Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics

• Advanced expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and analytics, with the ability to derive business insights from workforce data.
• Proficient in analytical tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel for data visualization.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in complex situations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear recommendations.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with cloud-based HR systems is a plus.
