Senior Manager Value Management (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing business operations in Asia and Central and Eastern Europe as a Senior Manager in Value Management, based in Copenhagen. The position involves leading the implementation of the Traditional Trade Programme across various markets, requiring relocation to Denmark for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in FMCG/CPG commercial roles, preferably in Asia or Central and Eastern Europe.
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Route to Market operations, or Sales Development is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record.
• Project management experience at various organizational levels.
• Good business acumen and experience in change management.
• Familiarity with internal and external data structures, including P&L and Nielsen data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of the Value Management programme in Traditional Trade markets.
• Prepare and implement market-specific operating models and data availability for successful programme roll-out (6-9 months per market).
• Design governance structures, processes, and resources for future operating models.
• Develop and embed VM capabilities frameworks in new markets.
• Support local teams from technical setup to commercial action plans.
• Engage with IT and external partners to drive data and analytics automation.
• Facilitate best practice sharing within the Global VM community and provide troubleshooting support as needed.

Education
